Project Description: Scope of Work is considered a full renovation of an existing 3-story CMU structure, which consists of, but is not limited to:
- Demolishing abandoned/obsolete plumbing on all three floors;
- Upgrading existing first floor restrooms and installing additional restrooms on second and third floors, including new showers and water bottle stations;
- Replacing all roof systems and roof hatches;
- Replacing all existing fixed partitions and ceilings in interior rooms and hallways;
- Replacing existing central station air handling units with new VRF systems;
- Replacing all existing HVAC ductwork and chilled water distribution systems;
- Replacing all electrical systems including panels, wiring, receptacles, and lighting; and
- Replacing all existing jalousie windows with fixed aluminum windows to match existing aluminum sliding windows.
