Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to install a bi- level water cooler and bottle filler on the 2nd Floor of the QLC Student Services Center. Work shall include removal of the existing bi-level water cooler, modification of the piping, framing, and installation of the new bi-level water cooler and bottle filler. Install a new GFCI duplex receptacle, and test for operation and leaks. The water cooler and bottle filler shall include stainless steel construction, push button operation, chilling capacity of 8-gallons per hour, bottle counter, wall mounted, ADA compliant, and a 5-year warranty on the refrigeration system. All plumbing and electrical work shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
Labor; Provide hours x labor rate.

A site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 3rd @ 9:00am. All interested parties shall meet at Facilities, 2002 East West Road.
