Special Instructions
One (1) year (12 months) Equipment Lease program for Professional Grade Landscaping equipment.

Lease consists of new equipment below. Equipment shall be serviced on a monthly bases per manufacturer recommendations. Quarterly, semi-annual, annual and as required services shall also be completed as per manufacturer recommendations. Service dates/times shall be coordinated with UH West Oahu. Part accessories required for servicing should be included as part of the bid.

Equipment shall be delivered to the UH West Oahu Maintenance Building within 30 days of Purchase Order issuance. Equipment shall be delivered fully assembled and ready to run. A 1 hour training class for the users on a regular business day shall be done by the company (to be scheduled with UH West Oahu ahead of time).

Loaners of the same model shall be provided for equipment needing repairs. All servicing and repairs shall be done by the Company employed (minimum 6 months of employment) and manufacture trained personnel. Warranty shall be for 60 days from date put in service at UH West Oahu.

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors must complete a Certificate of Vendor Compliance via Hawaii Compliance Express (https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html). Status must be \"COMPLIANT\" at the time of bid submittal.

All price quotations must be inclusive of any/all applicable feeds, shipping, set up and/or taxes.

All items should be in stock in Hawaii.

Price Quotation to be valid for less than 60 days.
