Project Description:
(Qty 96) Provide (for rental), delivery and set up sixteen (16) floodlight towers for each 2026 UH

Home Football game at Ching Complex.

16 floodlights per game will be set up the Thursday or Friday before each home game and picked up by Sunday after the game.

Please be sure that floodlights are tested prior to delivery and are in proper working condition.

Special Instructions
We would like to lock in the unit price so that in the event that we need to order more or less units, we can use this unit price. UHAD may increase or decrease the number of floodlight towers depending on attendance.

Vendor must be vendor compliant with the State of Hawaii DAGS Vendor Compliance website.

Vendor must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance in accordance with current University of Hawaii requirements.
