Project Description:
(Qty 48) Provide (for rental), delivery and set up for sixteen (16) floodlight towers for each 2026 UH Home Football game at the TC Ching Complex (map will be provided of locations).

Eight (8) floodlights per game will be set up the day before each home game and picked up no earlier than two hours once the game is completed and no later the end of the following day.

Sat., Sept. 12, 2026
Sat., Oct. 03, 2026
Sat., Oct. 17, 2026
Sat., Nov. 14, 2026
Sat., Nov. 28, 2026

*Commuter Services may increase or decrease the number of floodlight towers depending on the attendance per game. Advance notice will be given.

*Light towers (lights) must me positioned in the direction according to the map (map will be provided to awarded vendor).

Special Instructions
1. General Requirements
All vendors must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in this solicitation. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bid.

2. Compliance Certification
The awarded vendor must possess a valid Certificate of Vendor Compliance issued through Hawaii Compliance Express at the time the purchase order is issued.

Vendors are advised that, if a valid certificate is not currently on file, the application and approval process may take several weeks. It is the vendor\\\'s responsibility to ensure timely compliance.

3. Pricing Requirements
All bid prices must be inclusive of delivery, installation and/or assembly, and all applicable taxes. No additional charges will be accepted unless expressly approved in writing.

4. Delivery and Installation
All deliverable items shall be delivered to the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) campus. A site map will be provided prior to delivery.

The Contractor shall ensure that all floodlight towers are installed and oriented in the same direction in accordance with the provided map and instructions.

5. Quantity Adjustments
Commuter Services reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of floodlight towers based on anticipated attendance. The Contractor will be provided with advance notice of any such adjustments.

6. Scheduling and Coordination
The Contractor shall coordinate delivery by contacting Eric at (808) 956-2111 to schedule a delivery date and time.

7. Delivery Commitment
Vendors must be able to meet the specified delivery schedule. Vendors who are unable to fulfill the required delivery date should not submit a bid.
