Price quotation must include all taxes, shipping, and handling charges, as applicable, delivered FOB destination: Hawaii Community College, 1175 Manono St, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Damages incurred during shipment, and/or delivery of goods will be the responsibility of the vendor.

Bids on items “equivalent to” the requested products may be considered. However, a detailed list of products and specifications (meeting or exceeding those posted) must be provided in order for substitutions to be considered. Please submit your substitution(s) to the requisitioner via email, no later than (07-21-2026). Substitutions require prior approval of the purchaser for consideration. Purchaser will determine suitability and reserves the right to refuse products deemed to be of lesser quality than specified. All requisitioner inquiries to bidders must be answered within 24 hours. If inquiries are not answered within 24 hours, the requisitioner reserves the right to award the next lowest bidder.

Award is subject to available funds. Quote must be valid for 45 days. NOTE: Upon award of the request for quotation, the winning bidder must be able to provide Certificate of Vendor Compliance (Under HRS 103D-310(c), for purchases of $2,500 or more, the University of Hawaii must verify vendor compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii.)
