Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to replace the Substation L automatic transfer switch with a new manual transfer switch.

Special Instructions
Contact Vernon Shiroma for a site visit. All outages shall be conducted on Saturdays or holidays and be scheduled with the University a minimum 15 calendar days in advance.

Addendum No. 1: On Sheet E-2 revise new manual transfer switch rating from 150A to 70A.

Addendum No. 2:
Include the following revisions on Sheet E-2 for the new manual transfer switch:
1. Delete requirement for dual quick connects.
2. Revise enclosure type from NEMA 3R to NEMA 1.
