Commercial Reach-In Freezer Specifications

The College is seeking one (1) commercial-grade upright reach-in freezer meeting or exceeding the following minimum specifications:

- Traulsen G12010 or approved equivalent.
- Approximately 23 cubic feet capacity.
- One (1) full-height solid hinged door.
- Stainless steel exterior and interior.
- Self-contained refrigeration system using R-290 refrigerant or equivalent.
- Factory-installed digital temperature control and display.
- Automatic defrost.
- Heavy-duty adjustable shelving.
- Interior lighting.
- Locking door.
- Mounted on heavy-duty casters.
- 115V, single phase electrical service with standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
- NSF listed for commercial food service applications.
- Manufacturer\'s standard warranty.

Delivery Requirements
Due to an immediate operational need, the freezer must be available for delivery within 10 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Delivery to location/ set in place/ uncrate.
Award subject to funding.

Equivalent Products
We reserve the right to determine equivalency. Equivalent products meeting or exceeding these minimum specifications will be considered. Any proposed equivalent shall include complete manufacturer specifications for evaluation.

Award shall be based on the total aggregate for all items. Quote must be valid for 30 days, including applicable taxes, fees, freight, delivery, assembly, installations, disposal of any packing materials, and any other applicable charges in order to be considered for award.

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder whose product meets the required specifications and offers the best value to the College.

Please be advised that all prospective bidders are required to maintain a physical office or warehouse facility located on the island.

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii.

Winning bidder must return signed award acknowledgment form within 3 working days of being awarded.
