Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through at 1:30 pm on Wednesday July 15, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Facilities Management Office, 2002 East West Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96822. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding this work shall contact Shannon Suzuki through email (stsuzuki@hawaii.edu) to confirm attendance by 4:00pm Tuesday July 14, 2026. Contractors who do not attend the site walk-through will not be allowed to bid. The award shall be made to the responsible bidder submitting the responsive bid with the lowest Total. Failure to provide the price breakdown may disqualify the bid.
