Project Description:
Kone Elevators - Provide elevator maintenance and related services for the listed vertical transportation systems per attached RFQ No. 116495. Attachment A: Elevator Equipment, Attachment B: Elevator Full Service Agreement; Attachment C: Site Map.

Award shall be based on the lowest quote. The total price shall include all costs required to complete scope of services identified in the attached RFQ, to include all applicable fees and taxes, labor, labor-supervision, materials, tools, parts, equipment, and lubricant necessary to properly perform repairs, replacement, and adjustments for the listed elevators.

The attached “Quotation Breakdown Form” and “Wage Certificate” must be completed and submitted as an attachment to the SuperQuote (online quotation) by the quote submission deadline.

To be eligible for award vendor must be compliant with Internal Revenue Service, State Department of Labor, State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the State of Hawaii Department of Taxations prior to quote submission deadline. The Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), Certificate of Vendor compliance will be utilized to confirm vendors compliance with all agencies.
