Project Description:
Furnish and deliver two (2) Chargepoint CP6000 dual port electric vehicle charger, wall mounted.

Annual licensing for software, services, etc. to accept/process payments, including cell/networking. If billing unit is per wall mounted charger, or per charging cable, provide aggregate cost for this bid, but notate the itemization.

Annual service/maintenance charges for technical support, repairs, maintenance, etc. If billing unit is per wall mounted charger, or per charging cable, provide aggregate cost for this bid, but notate the itemization.

Special Instructions
Vendors must comply with all attachments and bid descriptions.

Vendor must be able to ensure that product is delivered within 30 days after the receipt of the purchase order.

Prospective bidders must have a certificate of vendor compliance on file with Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of issuance of purchase order. This process to apply for and obtain one may be several weeks.

Prospective bidders must provide an exact count of items requested. Plus or minus percentages will not be accepted.
