Project Description:
(Qty 20) Bin rental for five (5) roll-off construction dumpsters (minimum 10 cubic yards each)for four (4) separate one-week rental periods.
(Qty 20) Disposal landfill fees (estimated 3 tons/load)
(Qty 20) Rubbish haul charge to West Hawaii Landfill
(Qty 20) Additional mid-week pick up (as needed) of trash for roll-off. Replace with new roll- off.
(Note: Please include addition cost of replacement dumpster for quick turnaround rather than empty at West Hawaii and then return).

#1: Drop-off: 08/17/26; Pick-up: 08/24/26; Duration: Seven (7) days
#2: Drop-off: 12/14/26; Pick-up: 12/21/26; Duration: Seven (7) days
#3: Drop-off: 01/04/27; Pick-up: 01/11/27; Duration: Seven (7) days
#4: Drop-off: 05/10/27; Pick-up: 05/17/27; Duration: Seven (7) days

Hale Ikena: 521 W. Lanikaula St. Hilo, HI 96720; Quantity: 2
Hale Kehau: 603 W. Lanikaula St. Hilo, HI 96720; Quantity: 1

Please review attached “University Housing Map” for drop-off locations of construction dumpsters.

The award shall be made to the responsible offerer submitting the lowest bid that is inclusive of the four separate one-week periods, and line items 1-4.

To be eligible for award vendor must be compliant with Internal Revenue Service, State Department of Labor, State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the State of Hawaii Department of Taxations prior to quote submission deadline. The Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), Certificate of Vendor compliance will be utilized to confirm vendors compliance with all agencies. Quote must be valid for thirty (30) days.
