Ohia Auditorium Room 118 (1 hood at 13’x4’/1 hood at 8’x4’).
Cleaning includes a 1-time cleaning of Ducts and Fans.
Cleaning schedule will be coordinated between Buyer and Vendor.
Tentative schedule for 2 cleanings (August 2026 and January 2027)

Cleaning includes a 1-time cleaning of Ducts and Fans.
Cleaning schedule will be coordinated between Buyer and Vendor.
Tentative schedule for 3 cleanings (August 2026, January 2027, May 2027)

Ohia Cafeteria 2nd floor (1 front hood Short Order Station at 22’x5’).
Cleaning includes a 1-time cleaning of Ducts and Fans.
Cleaning schedule will be coordinated between Buyer and Vendor.
Tentative schedule for 2 cleanings (January 2027, May 2027)

Special Instructions
11-month contract for exhaust hood, duct, and fan cleanings for kitchens in the Ohia building located at 4303 Diamond Head Road, Kapiolani Community College. Cleaning involves everything dealing with the Hood Systems. Cleaners will provide their own supplies and materials to complete the job. Degreasing and cleaning of hood housing (in and out), filters, wash panels, troughs, drip pans, hood drains, light fixtures covering, and back splash walls (any trash produced will be thrown away by Vendor).

LOCATIONS: Cleaning schedule will be coordinated between Vendor and Buyer.
Ohia Auditorium Room 118 (1 Chef Station hood).
Ohia Room 109 (8 small Hoods/1 Chef Station hood).
Ohia Room 220 (1 main hood front kitchen/1 small hood back kitchen).
Ohia Cafeteria 2nd floor (1 Short Order Station hood front kitchen/2 hoods back kitchen).
Estimated hood dimensions specified in line descriptions below.

All interested Vendors must produce the following after Bid has been awarded. CERTIFICATE OF VENDOR COMPLIANCE with the State of Hawaii. Under HRS 103D-310(c), Vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express.
