Project Description:
11 Monthly monitoring and servicing of grease traps and kitchen drains for Ohia #220, Cafeteria, and #109.
Monthly replacement of bio enzyme buckets for each kitchen.

A one-time grease trap pumping of 2 grease traps (2500-gallon capacity each) located in the fire lane of the building.

Special Instructions
Ohia building, 4303 Diamond Head Road, consists of 2 grease traps (2500-gallon capacity each) and 3 kitchens (Ohia Cafeteria 2nd floor, 220 Grille, and #109).

An 11-month servicing contract for kitchen(s) drain and grease trap maintenance and monitoring.

Servicing of grease trap involves a one-time pumping, and monthly inspection of water and grease levels. Monthly replacements of enzyme buckets for all kitchens. Maintain bucket pumps that they are working and pumping on a timely manner, set by technician. Vendor will keep us compliant with City and County of Honolulu wastewater requirements. If not familiar with location, a site inspection is highly encouraged to understand scope of work.
