Project Description: Construct a new station entrance module on the makai side of the existing Pouhala (Waipahu Transit Center) Station of the HRTP, at Mokuola Street and Farrington Highway. The Work includes construction of a new elevated entrance steel structure that will include a plaza with an ADA ramp with connection to the existing sidewalk, stairwell leading up to the existing concourse level.
