Project Description: The scope of work consists of furnishing and delivering Adopt-A-Highway supplies to Highways District Offices and Baseyards on the Islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Lanai, Maui, Molokai, and Oahu on an open end/ “as-needed” basis.
