Project Description: The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install seven (7) solar charging workstations at library locations across Hawaii and the DHHL Molokai District Office. Equipment will be provided by DHHL and shipped to island docks. Contractors are responsible for transporting equipment from docks to installation sites (in coordination with DHHL), site preparation, installation, anchoring, and final testing. Offerors may submit a single proposal for all locations. Pricing shall be provided for each island and location.
