(Qty 12) BLDG 2252A MAIN CHILLER PLANT - Furnish monthly Condenser Water Loop Water conditioning, products and consulting services (see definition for “consulting services” in Special Instructions) for UHMC Central Chiller Plant BLDG #2252A. Service to include scale/corrosion inhibitor and bio-cide treatment for central air conditioning condenser water loop products and consulting for 12 months.

Price to include cost of providing MEMCIDE 400 and CWT 810 Industrial Water Treatment Compounds (or equivalent that are compatible with chemicals currently in system) in order to maintain appropriate levels of chemical in the water analysis.

(Qty 12) BLDG 2252A and BLDG 2254 MAIN CHILLER PLANT AND `IKE LE`A CHILLER PLANT

Furnish monthly Campus Wide Closed Chilled Water Loop conditioning, products and consulting services (see definition for “consulting services” in Special Instructions) for UHMC Central Chiller Plant BLDG #2252A. Service to include scale/corrosion inhibitor and bio-cide treatment for central air conditioning condenser water loop products and consulting for 12 months.

Price to include cost of providing CLI 9595 Industrial Water Treatment Compound (or equivalent that are compatible with chemicals currently in system) in order to maintain appropriate levels of chemical in the water analysis.

(Qty 12) BLDG 2254 ‘Ike Le`a Chiller Plant - Hot Water Closed loop system between Heat Pumps and Hot Water Storage Tank and Heat Exchangers.

Furnish monthly conditioning consulting services (see definition for “consulting services” in Special Instructions) for the `Ike Le`a Chiller Plant.

(Qty 12) BLDG 2254 ‘Ike Le`a Chiller Plant - Re-Heat System for `Ike Le`a HVAC System.

Furnish monthly conditioning consulting services (see definition for “consulting services” in Special Instructions) for the `Ike Le`a Chiller Plant.

(Qty 12) BLDG 2254 I`ke Le`a Chiller Plant - Furnish monthly Condenser Water Loop Water conditioning, products and consulting services (see definition for “consulting services” in Special Instructions) for UHMC Central Chiller Plant BLDG #2252A. Service to include scale/corrosion inhibitor and bio-cide treatment for central air conditioning condenser waterloop products and consulting for 12 months and be on the same timetable as the other services in this RFQ. Price to include cost of providing MEMCIDE 400 and CWT 810 Industrial Water Treatment Compounds (or equivalent that are compatible with chemicals currently in system) in order to maintain appropriate levels of chemical in the water analysis.

(Qty 12) Provide labor and equipment to take Monthly Ground Water Data for the college’s irrigation Well - State Well 6-5329-015.

Also post report online with DLNR on Behalf of the College.

(Qty 12) State Well 6-5329-015 (Irrigation Well) - Additional Monthly Testing outside the scope of the DLNR Monthly Ground Water Data testing.

Test for:
1) salinity levels
2) sodium levels
3) chlorides
4) turbidity
5) pH

Consulting Services defined under scope of this RFQ = Monthly Cooling Water and Chilled Water Quality Reports that include industry standard Water Analyses, Recommend Readings for water treatment products used in treating the water, and Recommendations for improvements to water quality and/or equipment used to inject water treatment chemicals into either the chilled water loop or the condenser water loop.

Successful vendor assumes responsibility for appropriate and proper maintenance of the UHMC provided chemical injection systems in Main Chiller Plant and the condenser water loop for the McQuay Chiller in the `Ike Le`a Chiller Plant.

Successful vendor will also provide labor and equipment to take Monthly Ground Water Data for the college\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Irrigation Well. In addition, separately test the well water at the frequency noted in the SuperQUOTE Description Item #7.

Call back and/or emergencies must be physically responded to within TWO (2) HOURS, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week with at least one service technician.

Service Contract: 12 CONSECUTIVE months total after Purchase Order is approved. All servicing, reporting and invoicing to be on the same timetable.

UNIT PRICE TO REFLECT “MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE” AND THE COLLEGE EXPECTS TO RECEIVE 12 INVOICES AT THIS UNIT PRICING.

PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE QUANTITY. IT WILL INVALIDATE YOUR QUOTE.

Quote to include all taxes [Maui GET=4.712%], freight, and other applicable charges/fees.

Quote to be valid for 60 days from close date.
