Project Description:
(Qty 24) Maintenance for the UHM Ching turf field from 8/1/26-6/30/27.

1. Bi-weekly grooming to include, inspection of seam, infill, wear & tear, general cleaning and brushing and fill divots.
2. Maintenance dates to be coordinated with UH Athletics Facilities staff at least three days prior to maintenance.
3. Vendor must check in with Kelly Ong, Devin Donahue or designee prior to maintenance.
4. Laymor equipment needed.

Special Instructions
Vendor must be vendor compliant on the Hawaii Compliance Express website.
Vendor must provide a valid certificate of insurance in accordance with University of Hawaii requirements prior to issuing of Purchase Order.
Vendor must be a manufacturer, Astroturf, certified installer.
