Scope of work:
Contractor shall provide and deliver pallets for the whole year of Concrete Repair Mix upon HDOT HWY-O request.

1. Contractor shall deliver products within three working days upon request.
2. Contractor shall stay within the required product types and requested amount.
3. Contractor shall seal concrete delivery with a protective layering to prevent damages.
3. Contractor shall deliver all cement bags to HDOT HWY-O Maintenance Office at:
727 Kakoi St.
Honolulu, HI 96819

The intent of the contract to be entered into between the State and the Contractor is to permit the State to purchase the specified material on an “as needed” basis during the contract period in such amounts as may be required by the State Highways personnel.
