Project Description:
For the procurement and Freight-on-Board (FOB) destination delivery of one (1) Crown Mono-lift RMD-6025-45 Single Reach Forklift to the FEMA Distribution Center Hawaii, 99-1269 Iwaena St, Aiea, HI 96701, and the procurement and FOB destination delivery of one (1) Crown Mono-lift RMD-6025-32 Double Reach Forklift to the FEMA Distribution Center Hawaii, Building 6041, East Range Annex. Proposed quotes shall be submitted to the specification of the 2 statements of work (SOW) that are added to the Request for Quote (RFQ) document 70FB7026R00000024.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of amendment 0001 is to change the questions due date from 7/6/2026 to 7/8/2026 no later than 1:00PM ET and to change the quotes due date from 7/6/2026 to 7/13/226 no later than 1:00PM ET.

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of amendment 0002 is to published the Q&A, and to change the quote due date from 7/13/2026 to 7/15/2026 no later than 1:00PM ET.
