Project Description:
Disassembly of tractor shed, need to demo roofing and siding, and to be loaded up and taken to the dump.

All materials needs to be removed and disposed of to the dump, and metals to hammerhead.

Special Instructions
Quotation to include all costs including all applicable fees and taxes. Quote must be valid for 90 days.

If bid amount is $2,500 or more, vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of 103D-310(c), HRS by presenting a certificate of vendor compliance (refer to Hawaii Compliance Express: http://vendors.ehawaii.gov)
