Project Description:
1. Erect a temporary barrier for one half of Les Murakami Stadium’s lobby for makeshift “locker room”.
2. Provide adequate climate control (air conditioning) to the enclosed “locker room” of approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
3. Provide power (generator and fuel) for the AC unit.
4. Company representative must be on site for all games to manage climate control and safety monitoring of generator operation and surrounding area since public may be in the area.
5. Provide a 20’ x 30’ tent and walls for an area not under a roof.
6. Temporary barriers are to be constructed with wood (i.e. plywood and 2”x4”s) and shall not be affixed (drilled or nailed or physically connected) to any existing structure, walls, floor, ceiling or roof.
7. Provide protected barrier between temporary structure and existing conditions. Properly assure that all areas are protected from any tripping hazards resulting from the temporary barrier installation.
8. Provide a double door in temporary wall.
9. Generator and AC unit are to be delivered and operational 8 hours prior to the start (kick off) of the game.
10. Generator and AC unit shall be hauled away after the visiting team leaves the area (approximately two hours after the game ends).

Special Instructions
Vendor must be vendor compliant on Hawaii Compliance Express.
Vendor must provide a valid certificate of insurance in accordance with University of Hawaii requirements prior to issuing of Purchase Order.

Vendor must bid on all games.

Job must be completed by August 26, 2026, and will stay in place until after the 2026 Hawaii Bowl.
