Operate and maintain drainage canals and pumps at and adjacent to Pacific Missile Range Facility, Kekaha, Kauai. The Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) will subcontract the scope of work pursuant to its contract with the U.S. Navy (NAVFAC HAWAII) for services described as OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE CANALS AND PUMPS AT THE PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY, KAUAI, HAWAII.

Amending the meeting location for the pre-bid site visit at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026. Interested bidders shall meet at 7189-D Kaumualii Hwy., Kekaha, Kauai, 96752. We will drive over to the Kawaiele Pump Station. Also replacing IFB 26 200 007 in its entirety and replacing is the “REV IFB 26 200 007 7062026”. See Addendum 1.
