Submit completed attachment A, quote for vehicle, HCE certificate and acknowledge that bidder can comply with UH Terms and Conditions.

Bids open to Hawaii Dealers only.

Under HRS 103D-310(c),if bid exceeds $2,500, vendors must provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their \"Certificate of Vendor Compliance\" via Hawaii Compliance Express and attach it to their bid. To register with Hawaii Compliance Express, go to https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html

All bidders must be compliant in Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of bidding, issuance of purchase order and when payment is made.

Bids must be for a brand new vehicle.

Service for the vehicle must be on the island of Oahu.

All bidders must provide a 5 year maintenance schedule for the vehicle with the estimated cost.

All sales tax, shipping/delivery fees to be included in the final price.

All bidders must complete the Specifications Attachment A with the bid.

Vendor must accept a Purchase Order and bill the buyer via an invoice at the time of shipment/delivery.

Bid must be valid for 90 days.

Delivery must be made to Windward Community College within 90 consecutive calendar days A.R.O.
