Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to replace the 3.5 Ton ductless AC system that serves the elevator mechanical room. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the indoor and outdoor units. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Hale Wainani Bldg G, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on June 18, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Hale Wainani G parking lot at 2591 Dole Street. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm June 15, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.

Addendum
06/17/26
Bidders attending the project walk through are required to wear PPE due to the site is a active construction area. Hardhats, eye protection, hy-vis vest, and work shoes will be required.
