Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work related to demolishing approximately 780 SQFT of ceiling tiles with grid and 12 LED fixtures, then install a new ceiling grid with 2x4 Textured White Mineral Ceiling Tiles and new 12 Frosted polystyrene fixtures in SPCC Housing in Room 130 of Building 306. All fixtures must be 0-10V (dimmable down to 10%), temperature 3500k / 4000k throughout and must have a control wire / DC dimming circuit.
