Project Description:
The work generally consists of demolishing and rebuilding perimeter walkways, installing new railing on pools’ makai side, reconstructing fountain walls, installing ADA ramps, installing concrete “terrace” around pool perimeter, installing concrete “collars” on columns and chamber wall perimeters, replacing column cladding, installing drains and associated piping connecting to City and County storm drain system, removing and replacing chamber wall tiles, painting columns and their capitals, installing electrical and lighting improvements, installing landscape planting and irrigation improvements, and installing art glass pavers on pedestals.
