Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to demolishing all built in furniture, demolishing free-standing furniture, demolishing approximately 1350 Square Feet (SF) of existing flooring, and installing approximately 1450 SF of new non-asbestos containing vinyl floor tiles in the Rooms 124, 125, and 126. The bathrooms, janitor closets, elevator lounges, and stairwells are excluded from this project.
