Project Description:
Requesting Janitorial Services for Pearl City CDL office located at 897 2nd St. Pearl City, HI 96782

Five-year (July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031) janitorial services at the Pearl City CDL office located at 897 2nd Street, Pearl City. Service needed 3 times per week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (days may be adjusted when cleaning day falls on a state holiday)

▪︎ Cleaning and disposal of trash. The trash is to be removed by contractor and placed in the City and County receptacle trash bins located outside the building 3 x per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

▪︎ Cleaning inside of building (3 Sections, approximately 4,412 sq. ft.):
1) Employee breakroom (includes cleaning kitchen and bathroom sinks and toilet). Dust, clean and wipe down all counters and tables.
2) Employee work area (includes cleaning testing rooms). Dust, clean and wipe down all counters, tables, plexiglass, and dividers.
3) Main lobby (includes cleaning public bathroom toilets, sinks, mirrors, and counters). Dust, clean and wipe down all counters, tables, plexiglass, and dividers.

▪︎ Restock hand towels, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers and hand soap**

▪︎ Floors - Strip and wax 1 x per year, start in July. Strip & wax entire interior of the building in July. Thereafter, sweep and mop daily the entire interior of the building. Burnish floors once per month for the remainder of the year.

▪︎ Courtyard (approximately 968 sq. ft.) - Sweep debris in the courtyard area and pick up trash around the parking lot each visit. Hose down outside windows and walls once per month. ** DOT will provide toilet tissues, toilet seat covers, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags.
