Project Description:
24/7 Remote monitoring of the fire detection system on the Old Pauley Bldg 1-2structure for the 12-month period.
Fire alarm/wet sprinkler testing and maintenance (annual service).
Provide the labor and equipment to flow test the fifteen (15) fire hydrants (annual service).

Special Instructions
Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology (HIMB) is in need of a Quote for the three (3) following services:

1. Remote 24/7 off-site alarm and detection monitoring of the Old Pauley Building 1-2, Fire Alarm Test and Inspection (plus system labor and parts for the “New Pauley Labs” and “New Pauley Classroom” buildings)

2. SIMPLEX4004/4005 system for a 12-month period from the start date
- Annunciator 3
- Smoke Detector conventional 7
- Pull stations 9 Audio/Visual Notification conventional 39
- Do not use the select main panel 1 Sprinkler service Basic offer
- Wet sprinkler system
- Wet system test and Inspection (Includes Tamper, flow, gate valves, fire dept. connection plastic caps, valve trim, and main drain valve)

3. Flow test fifteen (15) fire hydrants located at HIMB

FOR PERIOD: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027
