Project Description:
Remove and replace blistered diesel fuel piping, re-paint and re-label two above surface diesel fuel oil storage tanks. The proposed work shall generally include necessary piping, fittings, valves, paint and labels to complete work. All work is located next to Biomedical Sciences Building (BSB) University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM). Quote must include all applicable labor costs, supplies, overhead, and all applicable city, state and federal taxes. See attached technical specifications.

Quote must include all applicable labor costs, supplies, overhead, and all applicable city, state and federal taxes. Quote shall be considered firm and cannot be modified after RFQ end date.

Do not bid unless able to meet all Required and Preferred Qualifications listed in the specifications and provisions set forth in the attachments. Non-conforming bidders will be rejected. The University reserves the right to disqualify any potential bidder if, in its discretion, The University determines that the bidder does not have the requisite experience or expertise to provide the required services.

If bid exceeds $2,500.00, Vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of 103D-310 HRS by presenting a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (Hawaii Compliance Express http://vendors.chawaii.gov).

NOTE TO OFFERORS
An acceptable quotation must conform in all material respects to this Request for Quotations. Any of the following may be grounds for disqualifications:

1. Taking exception to any of the specifications, terms or conditions contained in the RFQ.
2. Placing conditions on the furnishing of solicited goods or services.
3. Inclusion of a quotation or order form containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.
4. Referencing external documents containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.

Offerors are advised that quotations are evaluated as submitted and requests by offerors to delete conditions contained in their quotations after quotation opening cannot be considered.
