GPS THEFT RECOVERY

Vendor shall provide, install, and deliver the roof fully installed on the vehicle prior to delivery. All costs associated with the windshield, labor, assembly, installation, and any required mounting hardware shall be included in the unit price quoted for this item. No separate installation charges will be accepted. Vehicle shall be delivered fully assembled and ready for operation.

Special Instructions
Please read the special instructions before submitting your bid.

1. Bidders are advised to review all the special instructions and specifications carefully and thoroughly.

2. Bid may be disqualified if incomplete.

3. Purchase Orders will be issued by the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH).

4. Quotes must be valid for 60 days after the bid closing date. This must be indicated in your proposal.

5. Vendor must be able to provide order in aggregate as outlined in the RFQ.

6. Vendor must submit a quote that shows a breakdown of specs for each item as identified in this RFQ.

7. Quotes must include all applicable handling fees, shipping, and applicable fees and taxes (tax rate not to exceed 4.7120% for Maui County).

8. If a bid is submitted based upon a substituted product, please provide detailed specifications. We reserve the right to determine equivalency.

9. Buyer\'s acceptance of offer is conditional upon Seller\'s acceptance of Buyer\'s terms and conditions. See attached RCUH Terms and Conditions, Attachment 31 and 32a.

10. Awarded vendor must provide a current signed W-9 if requested.

12. Quantities are subject to change based on funding availability.

RFQ Amendment No. 1
Subject: Delivery Requirement Clarification

This amendment is issued to clarify the delivery requirements for the referenced RFQ.

Revised Delivery Requirement:

The UTV shall be shipped to Molokaʻi. Vendors may either:

Ship the UTV directly to the Molokaʻi Education Center,375 Kamehameha V Highway, Kaunakakai, Hawaiʻi;
or
Ship the UTV to Young Brothers for pickup by the University.

If shipment is made through Young Brothers, the vendor shall provide all information necessary for pickup. The UTV shall be fully assembled, all requested accessories installed, and ready for operation prior to shipment.

All shipping, handling, assembly, installation, and delivery costs to Molokaʻi shall be included in the vendor\'s quoted price. No separate charges for assembly or installation will be accepted.

All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the RFQ remain unchanged.
