Project Description: Hale Makua Health Services is requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish any and all professional services to perform repairs and recoating of the roof at Hale Makua Wailuku with a 10-year labor and material warranty. Bid must include all costs associated with the proper design, materials, installation, warranty, and commissioning, and will include but not be limited to labor, materials, tools and equipment. See attached IFB for a complete description of the project.

1. The deadline to submit bid has been extended to Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST.
2. The scope of roof work has been amended to include the removal of 96 2\\\" pipes from the real prep seal and prepare for the new roof coating.
