Project Description: Exterior painting services shall include but not limited to painting and priming walls, ceilings, doors, frames, louvers, railings, and windows; scraping, patching, removing old nails, anchors and sanding to prepare walls and surfaces for painting; waterproofing of all types of masonry surfaces; and occasionally removing various forms of graffiti with appropriate products.
