Project Description:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to the surface preparation of the existing Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) in Building 306A Room 228, install new overlayed 9-inch x 60-inch Luxury Vinyl Flooring (LVT) tile, and install new 4-inch cove base.
