Project Description: Three (3) concrete cement slabs: (1) approximately 6,100 square feet, (2) approximately 1,600 square feet, and (3) approximately 100 square feet. The contractor shall verify all square footage as part of the due diligence and bid preparation process. Thickness shall be determined to maintain a level surface consistent with the remaining driveway areas and shall be no less than 8 inches, with thickness potentially exceeding 12 inches where required.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, traffic control, and disposal services necessary to complete asphalt removal and concrete roadway repairs within the harbor area.
