Project Description: The work generally consists of providing new, underground, direct buried, pre-insulated chilled water piping from Building Q (Main Chiller Plant) to a point at the center of the lower Hawaii State Hospital campus, where it will tie into the existing underground chilled water piping. Work also includes selective demolition, excavation and backfill, asphalt road and concrete curb repair.
