Project Description: The scope of work includes labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the installation of fencing and gate improvements for a complete and operational fence system.

1) Perform installation of manual commercial sliding gate and posts per brief plans attached.
2) Contractor shall provide the materials and tools and shall be available for work immediately.
3) Contract shall furnish and use materials that are the equal to, or better than those specified in the attached plans.
4) Contractor shall coordinate the date and times of work in order to prevent disturbance of routine work.
5) Contractor must be highly skilled in this type of repair with proof of and in good standing.
6) Contractor shall perform work during normal business hours during the weekdays, from 7AM-4PM.
7) Contract shall perform work in a manner that minimally impacts the work or duties of State or CDL staff or other authorized personnel.
8) Contractor shall provide necessary safety precautions.

Cancellation: This solicitation may be cancelled and any or all bids rejected in whole or in part, without liability to the State, when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State.
