Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the site. Job site walk-through, scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 9:00AM. Meet in front of the College of Pharmacy Building B.

Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to the Technical Representative, Brian Hill, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at brianhil@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on May 28, 2026.
