Project Description:
Hawaii Island Sand & Septic Pumping, To Provide Septic and sand pumping services to Honokohau Harbor South Comfort Station Septic 2200 gallons, Honokohau Harbor North Comfort Station Septic 2200 gallons, Kawaihae Harbor North Comfort Station Septic 2200 Gallons, Kawaihae Harbor South Comfort Station Septic 2200 Gallons, Kailua Pier Shower Sand Trap 1000 gallons.

TERM OF CONTRACT
The term of contract shall be for the twelve (12) month period commencing from the official date on the Notice to Proceed but not earlier than July 1, 2026
Unless terminated, the contract may be extended without re-bidding, upon mutual agreement in writing between the State and the Contractor, prior to the expiration date, for not more than two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, or parts thereof. Provided, however, the contract price for the extended period shall remain the same or lower than the initial contract price, subject to any price increase allowed by the contract.
