Project Description: Perform annual inspection and OSHA certification of installed cranes/lifts/hoists for the Hawai\'i Air National Guard (HIANG) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) and Kalaeloa on O\'ahu and per DAFMAN 91-203. See attached file for performance work statement to include inspection requirements and list of cranes/lifts/hoists requiring inspection by building number and location. The work is to be performed in the first quarter of the State Fiscal Year (SFY), July through September, and certificates must be issued to expire no earlier than 30 September of the following SFY. The initial contract will be effective from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with an option to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods or portions thereof. All quotes must include applicable taxes and fees. NOTE: Vendor solicitation MUST have estimated costs broken out by JBPHH and Kalaeloa for government accounting purposes in an attachment or as part of the offer.
