Special Instructions
- Vendor to provide all applicable training. Training to be scheduled at UH West Oahu, Date & Time to be determined at a later date
- Vendor must have local repair/maintenance service available
- Vendor shall provide two (2) copies of the Operating and Service Manual
- Vendor must have an physical office on Oahu.
- Vendor to cover all costs for repair issues during the warranty period.
- Quote must be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days
- Quotation must be inclusive of any and all applicable fees and taxes for shipping, delivery, disposal,and installation to UH West Oahu.
Recommend site inspection on Tue, 5/19/26 at 9am

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors must be “COMPLIANT” in the Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of bid submittal and date of service. If the vendor is not compliant, the vendor’s quote shall be rejected.(https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html).

On the specification sheet similar alternatives are required by 5/19/26 at 3pm and not 7/3/25 at 3pm as stated. All other specifications stay the same as listed.
