Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to replace the 1st fl., Mauka entry door operator. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the double door simultaneous low energy swing operator and control. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Queen Lilioukalani Center for Student Services Bldg., University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on May 20, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Queen Lilioukalani Center for Student Services Bldg. loading zone. (Mauka side of bldg) Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm May 19, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
