Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to remove existing Kuykendall Hall fire alarm control panel, annunciator and remote monitoring panel and provide new fire alarm control panel, annunciator and remote monitoring panel.

Special Instructions
1. A fire watch shall be conducted for the duration of the fire alarm system outage.
2. The fire alarm system shall be tested with the Kuykendall Hall elevator manufacturer\'s representative for the elevator recall function.
3. The new FACP program shall be delivered to the UH Fire Safety Office on a flash drive.
4. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on May 14 at 10:00am on the Diamond Head side of Kuykendall Hall.
