Project Description:
Two-Way Radio Call Boxes (All equipment MUST comply with ALL specifications called out in the attached file titled “Call Box Technical Specifications”)

Whelen L31 Series Beacon Light (All equipment MUST comply with ALL specifications called out in the attached file titled “Call Box Technical Specifications”)

Installation labor (Installation MUST comply with ALL specifications called out in the attached file titled “Call Box Technical Specifications” and also manufacture specifications of installed equipment)

Special Instructions
Offeror shall review and comply with all documents attached to this RFQ for an offer to be considered.

Offeror shall maintain a physical commercial business location on the island of Oahu that is open to the public during regularly scheduled business hours, accepts unscheduled walk-in service requests during those hours, and is staffed to provide local service support.

Offeror shall maintain a service representative physically located on the island of Oahu.

Offers submitted by an offeror that does not maintain both a physical commercial business location on the island of Oahu and a service representative physically located on the island of Oahu may be rejected.

Offer must include tax, freight, delivery, installation, and all other applicable charges.

Physical items offered must be new and unused. Used, refurbished, reconditioned, remanufactured, or like- new items will not be accepted.

Full-term standard manufacturer warranties must be provided for all physical items offered.

Award of this RFQ is subject to availability of funds.

Awarded offeror is responsible for furnishing, delivering, installing, programming, configuring, testing, and making fully operational all equipment required for the Emergency Call Box system.

All on-site work shall be performed at Leeward Community College, Pearl City Campus, located at 96-045 Ala Ike Street, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782.

Awarded offeror must furnish, upon request, the following documents: (1) Certificate of Insurance; and (2) Certificate of Vendor Compliance.

Upon acceptance of award, the awarded offeror must provide a Certificate of Vendor Compliance issued through Hawaii Compliance Express.
