Project Description: Furnish and install ballistic film in accordance with the attached specifications at 2385 Waimano Home Road, Building 4 Uluakupo, Hawaii Department of Health. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to complete the installation. Work shall be conducted on consecutive weekends. Contractor shall include any preparation including but not limited to removal of existing film, cleaning or access to the window as necessary. Specifications provide technical information on the product and quality of the installation and do not reflect cultural conditions around the windows that the contractor must take into consideration. The contractor is responsible to verify measurements and quantity of windows to be tinted.
