Project Description:
The work generally consists of removal of the existing standby generator and base fuel tank, automatic transfer switch, exhaust piping, exhaust fan and ductwork, louvers; selective demolition of concrete floor slab, concrete walls and CMU walls; and all other related demolition work. Provide new standby generator and base diesel fuel tank, remote fuel fill station and associated piping, generator exhaust piping, automatic transfer/bypass-isolation switch, doors and door hardware, duct silencers, acoustical insulation; dry-type transformer relocation; concrete wall infill; soffit repair; concrete pad extension; lead paint control measures and monitoring; junction boxes, conduits; wiring; drawings, complete in place.
