Job Site Walk-Through
Due to the conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical
specification and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid
conference/job site walk-through May 14th at 9:00 a.m., at the STB Mechanical Enclosure on
Lanikaula Street, Hilo Hawaii 96720.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to the Technical Representative, Brian Hill, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at
brianhil@hawaii.edu by no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on May 20th, 2026
