PRICES MUST INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE CHARGES (EX. TAXES, HAZARDOUS WASTE CHARGES, ETC.) AND SHOULD BE VALID FOR NINETY (90) DAYS. PICKUP OF WASTE MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE WITH PATRICIA DOMINGO (PH: (808) 286-9483) SO ACCESSIBILITY TO THE LOADING AREA WHERE THE WASTE IS LOCATED IS COORDINATED.
Under HRS 103D(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express.
